30 days to change your mind — here's how returns and refunds work.
You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Start a return by emailing support@trendvanta.store with your order number — we'll reply with a return label and instructions within one business day.
If an item arrives damaged, email photos within 48 hours of delivery and we'll ship a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. Please keep the packaging until the claim is resolved.
Once your return arrives at our facility, inspection takes 1–2 business days and refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
For safety and hygiene, opened food, treats, and bedding cannot be returned unless damaged or defective. Gift cards are final sale.
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before dispatch — usually a 24-hour window. After dispatch, use the standard return process.
