We work hard to display products, prices, and availability accurately, but errors can occur. If a product is listed at the wrong price or becomes unavailable after you order, we'll contact you before charging or shipping. All prices are in USD and include free shipping within the US; no sales tax is collected.
Every product carries the manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Food and consumables are guaranteed fresh with ample shelf life on arrival. This warranty doesn't cover normal wear, chew damage (your pets will win eventually), or misuse.
Our liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
